Sambar

A hearty lentil-based stew cooked with tangy tamarind broth
and seasoned with aromatic ground spices.

Ingredients:

Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Coconut oil, Mustard, Fenugreek seeds, Onion, Curry leaves, Moringa pulp, Turmeric, Tomato, Salt, Asafoetida, Jaggery, Pepper, Channa Dal, Coriander seeds, Red chili

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 135 ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop
2. Turn off the flame, empty the pack and stir well.
3. Close the lid for 3 mins
4. Serve hot and enjoy
