Sabudana Khichdi

Light and delightfully chewy, this dish is made with cooked tapioca pearls, roasted lentils and spices is simple and full of flavor

Ingredients:  

Tapioca Pearls, Peanut, Peanut Oil, Split Chickpeas, Salt, Split Black Gram, Cumin, Mustard, Chili Flakes, Asafoetida

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 230 ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop or a kettle.
2. Empty pack into a bowl, add boiling water and cover it with a lid.
3. Take the lid off after 5 mins and stir the contents well.
4. Stir well, serve hot and enjoy! Suggested side: Chutney
