Rice Upma

Coarsely ground rice mixed with lentils and roasted peanuts for a light and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:  

Broken rice, Channa Dal, Peanut, Coconut oil, Urad Dal, Salt, Chili flakes, Mustard, Sugar

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 275ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop.
2. Empty pack into a bowl, add boiling water and cover it with a lid.
3. Take the lid off after 5 mins and stir the contents well.
4. Serve hot and enjoy! Suggested Side: Sambar
