Rava Kichadi

Roasted semolina mixed with lentils and tempered spices for a light and satisfying meal.

Ingredients: 

Semolina, Coconut oil, Split cashew, Onion, Split black gram, Salt, Garlic, Channa Dal, Mustard, Sugar, Fennel, Turmeric powder, Green chili, Curry leaves, Hing

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 275ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop.
2. Empty pack into a bowl, add boiling water and cover it with a lid.
3. Take the lid off after 5 mins and stir the contents well.
4. Serve hot with sambar and enjoy.
