Pudina Rice

Basmati rice cooked with green peas, mint and spices.

Ingredients:  

Basmati rice, Mint leaves, Ghee, Ginger, Garlic, Chili, Cumin powder, Cardamom, Cloves, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Garam masala, Green peas, Cashew nut.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Empty pack into a INSTAPOT(or pressure cooker), add 290ml of water and soak for 10mins
2. Set to high pressure and select rice setting (or 3 whistles for pressure cooker)
3. Once complete, let it rest for 8 mins, then open and stir well
4. Serve hot with papad and enjoy
