Pav Bhaji

Meet one of India's top street foods! Spiced potatoes and mixed vegetables sing in a fiery tomato onion-based sauce.

Ingredients:

Potato, Tomato, Cauliflower, Onion, Carrot, Green peas, Butter, Bell pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Ghee, Black Salt, Salt, Chili powder, Dried fenugreek leaves, Turmeric, Green Chili, Cilantro, Cumin, Dry Mango, Cassia, Clove, Dry Ginger, Fennel, Black Cardamom, Star Anise

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 275 ml of water in a pot on stovetop and empty pack
2. Cook on medium flame for 2 mins, stir during cooking
3. Turn off stove, cover with lid and let it rest for 5 mins
4. Stir well, serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
