Palak Paneer

A beloved dish on menus across the world! Farm-fresh Indian cottage cheese in a creamy spinach and onion base.

Ingredients:

Spinach, Paneer(Milk and Lemon), Tomato, Cream, Onion, Ghee, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Green chilli, Cumin, Chili powder, Dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric, bay leaf, nutmeg

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 270 ml of water in a pot on stovetop and empty paneer cubes
2. Cook on medium for 3 mins
3. Turn off stove, add in the curry pack and stir for 2 mins
4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
