Millet Dal Khichdi

Ingredients:

Split Pigeon Peas, Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Barnyard Millet, Little Millet, Garlic, Coconut oil, Split green gram, Split red lentil, Salt, Ginger, Green chili, Cumin, Cumin powder, Kashmiri chili powder, Turmeric powder

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 12.6 oz (375 ml) of water in a pot on the stovetop.
2. Empty the pack into a bowl, add boiling water, and stir well.
3. Cover it with a lid and let it rest for 5 mins.
4. Serve hot with papad/chips and enjoy!
