Green peas and fenugreek leaves pair together in a creamy cashew-onion gravy made with roasted spices. A favorite in many North Indian kitchens!

Ingredients:

Cashew, onion, green peas, green cardamom, green chili, black cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, garlic, ginger, milk, butter, sugar, salt, ghee, cumin, fenugreek leaves, turmeric, milk cream

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring 190ml of water to boil on a stovetop.
  2. Empty the smaller green peas pack and cook for 6 mins
  3. Turn off stove, add in the curry pack, stir well and close the lid for 2 mins.
  4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
