Malabar Veg Kurma

Hearty stew from South India made with mixed vegetables in a mild and creamy coconut base.

Ingredients:

Coconut milk, Tomato, Cashews, Onion, Coconut oil, Carrot, Beans, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Coriander leaves, Green chili, Curry leaves, Turmeric powder, Star anise, Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Cardamom, Clove

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 180 ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop
2. Turn off the flame, empty the pack and stir well.
3. Close the lid for 3 mins
4. Stir well, serve hot and enjoy with puttu/roti and enjoy
