Kadhi Chawal

A hearty one-pot dish from West India made from rice mixed with a spiced yogurt and gram flour sauce.

Ingredients:

Rice, Yogurt, Ghee, Sugar, Gram Flour, Red Chili, Cilantro, Salt, Ginger

Cooking Instructions:

• Boil 400 ml of water in a pot on stovetop and empty both the packs
• Cook on medium for 4 mins, stir during cooking
• Turn off stove, cover with lid and let it rest for 5 mins
• Stir well, serve hot with papad and enjoy
