Gujarati Dal

Yellow lentils cooked with aromatic spices, sweet jaggery, and tangy tamarind for all-in-one flavor experience.

Ingredients:  

Split Pigeon Peas, Jaggery, Ghee, Cilantro, Green Chili, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Tamarind, Salt, Mustard, Cumin Fenugreek Seeds

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 7.5oz of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop.
2. Empty pack, stir well for 2 mins on medium flame.
3. Turn off the flame and close the lid for 5 mins.
4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
