Dal Makhani

Black lentils, tomatoes, and rich cream are cooked low and slow for hours with a blend of roasted spices.

Ingredients: 

Urad Dal, Tomato, Cream, Ghee, Milk, Butter, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Chili Powder, Sugar, Cumin, Garam Masala, Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 210 ml of water in a pot on stovetop and empty pack
2. Cook on medium flame for 2 mins, stir during cooking
3. Turn off stove, cover with lid and let it rest for 5 mins
4. Stir well, serve hot with roti and enjoy
