Dal Chawal

The ultimate Indian comfort food! Buttery yellow lentils and rice are
cooked together in a blend of spices that is both savory and mild. 

Ingredients:  

Toor Dal, Basmati rice, Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut oil, Salt, Green chili, Cumin, Chili powder, Turmeric

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 400 ml of water in a pot on stovetop and empty pack
2. Cook on medium flame for 4 mins, stir during cooking
3. Turn off stove, cover with lid and let it rest for 2 mins
4. Stir well, serve hot with papad/chips and enjoy
